Hardware Wallet · Secure Element

Your keys never
touch the internet.

WALLET-LEDGER stores your private keys in an isolated chip and signs transactions offline. Even a compromised computer can't reach them.

How it works

Three steps between your intent and the blockchain

Every transaction is signed inside the device — the private key can never physically leave the chip.

01 · GENERATION

The key is born offline

A 24-word recovery phrase is created by a random number generator inside the secure element and never leaves the device.

02 · SIGNING

You review and confirm

Transaction details appear on the device's own screen. Confirmation is a physical button press, not a click in a browser.

03 · BROADCAST

Only the signature goes out

The companion app broadcasts the already-signed transaction. The private key stays exactly where it was.

Security architecture

Four independent barriers

None of them rely on "trust" — only on physics and cryptography.

Secure Element

The same class of chip used in passports and bank cards. Physically hardened against tampering and analysis.

Isolated Signing

The key never leaves the chip, even during signing — the operation happens entirely inside an isolated environment.

Confirmation Screen

The recipient address and amount are shown on the device's screen — malware on your computer can't swap them unnoticed.

Open Firmware

Firmware code is public and verifiable by independent auditors — no hidden backdoors.

Recovery Phrase

24 words only the device ever sees

The recovery phrase is generated and displayed exclusively on the WALLET-LEDGER screen — it never passes through a computer, app, or server.

Never enter your recovery phrase on a website, in an app, or share it with anyone — WALLET-LEDGER staff will never ask for it.
